Tecumseh Aspera help

Does anyone on the forum live in the Sheffield/ South Yorkshire area. Technical help needed to get my old Tecumseh/ Aspera mower working as it should. Big string on another part of the forum which I can advise of (unless you already know of this lengthy string)
