Specs and Parts for RSJ/Sturmey Archer Engine

Does anyone have specs for a 1930s RSJ/Sturmey Archer 248cc engine? I'm looking for a mower manual with engine specs or engine manual. I think this engine was offered in some of the 20" Ransomes mowers. I need something with clearances, timing info, and carb adjustments.
