Unless it really bugs you or is seriously affecting the running , I’d leave them alone as it will be a combination of guide and valve stem wear. Back in the day the procedure was to ream the existing guides to accept new valves with oversize stems. It should be noted that the valves are individually marked and the stems are of fractionally different diameters. At this stage in a Sloper’s life there’s no telling what you may find, mix and match wise.

So your options would appear to be. Leave as is. Hunt down new old stock standard valves , or, new old stock over size valves,  or finally, find someone to turn you up a pair of new guides with reduced internal diameters to fit your existing valves.
