The only ones that I know of

The only ones that I know of were the transport wheels that fitted on those ankle savaging extended rear roller axles.

There was also the extension

There was also the extension rollers for the front roller, not that I ever saw any fitted. Wasn't there also a grass comb for the front roller ?

Yes, saw the extended front

Yes, saw the extended front axles but never the wheels. Not sure of the need for wheels front and back unless they were of a larger diameter than the roller to give a high cut option on their own or maybe with a rake.

The extension front rollers

The extension front rollers were the same diameter as the main front roller and I think the idea behind them was to support the machine whilst mowing around things like bunkers.
