Atco prewar lightweight points assembly

I have a prewar Atco lightweight B7 I think that I purchased with no spark, usual problem ,faulty coil which I ‘ve replaced along with the condenser, still no spark

I’m convinced that the insulators on the points have been incorrectly assembled (not by me of course) by previous owner

.what I need is information on the correct method of assembly please

Difficult to see what is what so work from what needs to be achieved. That is that the insulation should isolate the low tension wire from the coil and the wire from the condenser not  allowing continuity to ground until the points are closed . If you have a multimeter, set it to continuity and do a bit of probing. And check that those two wires , connected to the fixed contact breaker point are not grounded until  the moving point closes on to the fixed one and allows that continuity. Take that fixed assembly apart and assess what insulating washers, thimbles or little tubular sleeves are assembled to separate both the assembly and its fixing screws .
it does look as though the the heel of the moving point that contacts the cam may be quite worn but this will become apparent when you reassemble things.
